received call from dales office [corry] about an hour after i left court and hendersons office with the disclosure / received message note from lloyd at salvation army

i called back from pay phone at salvation army
his secretary said she called crown office and they said that they could go indictable and summarily at the same time she also said that the crown was not sure if they were going indicatble or sumarily
i mentioned i needed copy of the criminal records of all crown witness and she said i was not entitled to that and that i would have to go to the cops to get that i said no it comes in disclosure and she got attitude and hung up on me / i spoke to richard about it at the court house after i went back looking for dale or him
went to crowns office and spoke to female that used to work at smitts office and told her to tell kindon as he was away till next week that i wanted copy of criminal records of all crown witness whether they intended to use them or not

spoke to dale at court house and he said that he had copy of the video and that he had to sign a release not to copy to me and he has to return it. this is not fitting within disclosure rules.
said he did not have the criminal records of the individuals who are witness.

attended to court and as told by dale henderson that he is going to give me a copy of the tape of my arrest. he said kindon said it as ok. he does not have the copy yet. dale told me that he had some disclosure at the office and that his secretary was trying to call me. i told dale that i had moved from sally and his secretary does not have my ne phone at base. i believe she does have my cell so i don’t buy that all the way. court remanded till 15 january 2004.
attended to dale hendersons office and picked up disclosure.
