Vaughn Stewart attends to jail to speak to RSAC. Vaughn states he has my bike at the Church. Peter Poole had taken it there [church] at my request. Peter Poole had attended with Police, as RSAC understands to 34 Rawdon Street to get the bike. Reference BPS Inc.# 00-20974

Brantford Police pick up statement at the Salvation Army from RSAC relating to attempt B&E at 34 Rawdon Street, {[Merlene adams suspect][BPS incident refrence # 00-24127& 00-20974, ][RSAC file reference # 205.00bps.01]}. This statement also included a plastic bag containing physical evidence relating to my conversation with Cst. Farrow 14 August 2000 pursuant to BPS Inc.# 00-24127.This physical evidence was the note that had been removed from the door that instructed peresons to contact police or Charles Trowhill pursuant to BPS Inc.# 00-23607. This  physical evidence was recovered by RSAC in the presence of Charles Trowhill and Peter Poole. This physical evidence was picked up with a pair of tweezers by RSAC and placed into the plastic bag and sealed with tape and signed and dated. This evidence was not seen the night / early morning that Cst. Farrow [00-23607] attended to speak to RSAC. RSAC, Charles Trowhill and Peter Poole attended to residence 34 Rawdon Street 14 August 2000 in the day light hours to attend to the house. It must be noted that the hydro had been disconected at 34 Rawdon Street when RSAC was incarcerated from 27 June 2000 to 08 August 2000, as a result of accusations by Merlene Adams pursuant to BPS Inc.# 00-13317.
police advised RSAC that all matters were to be directed to Cst. Fortier of the Brantford Police and it would probably be directed to the Break and Enter Section, Cst Panco. RSAC spoke to Cst. Panco while incarcerated at the holding cells at the court building at 44 Queen Street.

17 August 2000 = RSAC calls Police @ 22:15 hrs. and advises statement and physical evidence [note removed from door 13 August 2000][refer to contact with Cst.Farrow 14 August 2000, BPS Inc.# 00-24127], is ready for pickup. RSAC will leave materials in sealed envelope at front desk of Salvation Army Hostel. RSAC is staying at hostel as house is presently unfit to live in. RSAC is advised by police reception that matters will be directed to Cst.Fortier the original investigating officer to B&E to the locked room of RSAC at 34 Rawdon Street, reference BPS Inc.# 00-20974, 19 July 2000. RSAC is advised that matters might be transfered to Break and Enter section. RSAC gets impression that Brantford police are attaching all matters to original occurrence, investigated by Cst.Fortier, and that this is an ongoing attachment to Cst.Fortier’s file reference 00-20974. RSAC feels there might be some confusion as police seem not sure as to who is handling the matter(s). There are now 4 [four] Police file references to thefts, Break and Enters to 34 Rawdon Street, of whom John Wilson, Marlene Adams are suspected of being involved in. Police are advised this date by phone that John Wilson threatened RSAC at 34 Rawdon Street this date. Female member is advised this date in phone conversations of threats made by John Wilson at 34 Rawdon Street. Police were going to dispatch member to attend this date to speak to RSAC on these threats, by John Wilson, but this never materialized. This matter was addressed 23 August 2000 in attendance by Cst.Butterfield [refer BPS Inc.# 00-25324] to see RSAC on a letter dated 18 August 2000, sent to the Chief of Police on the threats made by John Wilson 17 August 2000.
