In regards to file 99-COM-0412, your reference, B.P.S. reference 99-21.

I indicated in my communication, [RSABJ99H044] dated 26 December 1999, that I was not in possession of my complete file on this matter and made response with reference to my limited resources on hand and from my memory.

I have since been released from jail, and have secured complete file on this matter and related files. I in review have located further "evidence" that might / could have an effect on the decision on this matter.

I would like to submit this material to support my previous information supplied.

I feel this can be allowed with reference to sections;

70.(5) A hearing held under this section shall be an appeal on the record, but the Commission may receive new or additional evidence as it considers just .

122.(3.2) If the method of arbitration selected by the chair of the Arbitration Commission is mediation-arbitration or mediation-final offer selection, the chair of the arbitration board or, if the arbitration board consists of one person, that person may, after consulting with the parties, set a date after which a party may not submit information to the board unless,

(a) the information was not available prior to the date

I would require a brief period to correlate the material and make additional arguments / statements of fact(s).

I have enclosed a document received from the Chief of Police, Brantford, Ontario, dated 1999-02-12, which clearly indicates the Chief was aware of property still being located at the address in question. This letter was received after I had been to the address in question on 30 January 1999, with the first Court order, to retrieve my property, but before the issuance of the second Court order and before my contact with Cst. Mitton, the officer who was the cause of this complaint.

Further material I feel would be beneficial to reaching the reality of the matter.

Please advise as to my request at the most earliest convience, with reference to file # 99-COM-0412, [NEU:S99:BPS]
