If my door mat, and tarp to set my bike on when i bring it in until i put it in the garage you gave me above the garbage room, then are not all these mats fire hazards also ? and is not the carpet in the upper halls a fire hazard then also ? the mats are there in hope that people will wipe their feet before entering the apartment  – the floors in the lower area are tile –
