Time check : 14:26 hrs.,17 December 2009  update to my police contact today 17 December 2009, as posted  ; Brantford Police Incident Number 52912-09 ; further information has come to my attention ; Judy Godin is rumored to have been under house arrest last year, to which i am in knowledge of that she was, and had contact with police on a murder,  to which i observed them attend in a cruiser,  and pick her up, to take her to the Police Station ; she is alleged to have been an accessory to that said murder ; and received one year house arrest for her involvement ; it is her friend that confronted me yesterday,  and told me she was going to get me kicked out ; License # AYKT-978 Ontario Tag ; Helena who used to live with Judy was arrested with the black guy uptown at the pizza shop just a week or so back, on a major coke bust ; to which a Sarah was arrested also, but upon release returned to Tom Peacocks in my complex, and tried to set up her operation again, until i called the police, who attended and went to one Bella’s apartment to chase the crack dealers out, and told me it was being looked after ; it is the same time frame as the bullet and the crack dealers in unit 102 came to light ; 1.4.2 the walking stick, and the skull  I met Judy directly, through one Tracy Baldwin ( sister works at Police department in Intel ) , a friend also of Sarah, and Tom Peacock,, as she is to his wife Karen Quickshank ( might be related to a Brantford court cop ) ; the black guy that just got busted ( Jay ) was living at Judy’s for two months, selling crack from her apartment, to meet people in the stair case just outside my door ; Dag ( Mike Darr ) who sold to the Brantford cop, that got busted, and Dag, was one of the main dealers associated to Tracy Baldwin’s, when she resided in the other complex building ; dag also sold from a Richards ( now dead from an overdose it is thought ) and was associated to dealing crack from Ron Chamberlain’s apartment also in the Ontario Street building ; Mike Darr told me he was the one who sold crack to the cop ; he did not know my play at the time ;  rcasc@crown  ; when the guy got killed in the car ( Jetta ) , heading out to the reserve ; they broke into his apartment, and most of the stolen property went through the window at Tracy Baldwin’s ; she has a friend named Jack on the Reserve, a crack dealer, were also some of the stolen property went to, that was taken from the guy in the Jetta’s apartment ; a guy by the name of Joel, who’s wife works at the Salvation Army, Brantford, was also involved in that Break and enter, as was he in crack dealing at Tracy Baldwin’s, and his house he lived in on the corner ; Mike Rose fits into this picture also as a crack dealer, and one who asked me to have gay sex ; i refused ; that ties me into the house behind the Brantford Armoires that is associated to the drive way sealer that i believe Mike Rose one time worked for, and got coke through ; the house at the Armoires, is crack related also ; am i fired Mr Hubley ? do you recall, they were going to get me fired ; you have a few posts to go back over and review ? it is all there ; Mike Darr is a friend of Red ( Derek Hyatt ) who knows Bella down the hall were the cops went the other day to chase out the crack dealers, after i phoned to complain 1.4.3 the stakes are high ; and a statement of facts <>  1.4.2 the walking stick, and the skull <> 1.4.1 time to come to terms with king David, and his ways ; clothes peg on the wire <>   1.3.6 checking the list, and checking it twice, to see who has been naughty and nice ; who has weapons of mass destruction in their stockings this Christmas night  <>  1.3.4 A Saviour and a Terrorist ; a RELIGOUS WAR  <>  1.3.1 the children ; and the day of the Lord  <>  1.2.7 do you seek out my council Pope ; that of the Holy Catholic Church ; snow flake in saints  <>  1.2.5 some times i have my skull cap on to tight and i get a head ache  <> 1.2.3 ; the blue knights are in China ? the mist is there today  <>  1.2.2 rerum cognoscere causas ; the golden crack pipe  <>  1.2.1 Tremble ; Steven Harper ; the father said ; it is written  <>   1.1.34 the beef ; 100 % red sirloin beef  <>   1.1.31 the melting permafrost

In this matter I will argue my case defense, to matters attached to the officers notes, and set forth Jewish argument, based upon the Torah, and the teachings of Christ, that the first strike was made by the government, as defined in the bible, by the placing of a holy medallion,  and invading, and violating a holy temple unto a Jew, that of a prophet, and of a saint, but also the son of g’d, if the judge so see’s to any essence in the complaint  ; that in this I will set all the facts before the judges desk ; that sits before my fathers shield ; of whom the judge doth sit to represent, and in so, in fear of him that holds that seat ; as it is written  ;  10/10 ; that in the governments actions,  it is in provocation, and provacatory in nature towards a holy place unto g’d ; my voice if raised, and found to be so, would be raised in defense, unto that of g’d’s ; and the word of g’d ;

For the record, Mr. Sinning, Jason Alfred, Brantford Cop, who abused me at my booking,  If I was going to attack you at my last arrest, with my buck knife, that was sheathed on my belt, why would I have ditched the mountain bike, left the base ball bat on the bike, and proceeded on foot ; if your accusations are true, I would have taken the bat off the bike and made my stand !!! you Sir are a Liar !!! ; I have carried that base ball bat and plastic sword for some 4 or 5 years on the bike and you people have been in knowledge of that fact ; now you go F your self  ; and that Gentleman is how you get a liar !!!  posted by rsac 25 April 2009
